We created this privacy policy to give you confidence as you visit and use the ITpreneurs Store ( website). We Collect and How We Use ItITpreneurs Nederland BV is the sole owner of the information collected on our website. ITpreneurs collects different kinds of information from our users on our websites, and we use that information in various ways, as explained below.

1.1. ITpreneurs Newsletter

We provide a low-volume email newsletter (currently averaging one to two news announcements per month) to provide general news about ITpreneurs new services, upgrades, and general information about our products and our services. There is an online field on ITpreneurs website that you can use to enter your email address in order to subscribe to the newsletter. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe to the Newsletter when you sign up.When you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to provide the newsletter to you via email. With each newsletter we provide a method to unsubscribe from the newsletter, with a link to the Web page where you can enter your request to unsubscribe. You may also contact us directly as described at the end of this Policy regarding unsubscribing from the newsletter.

1.2. Order for Service

To sign up for ITpreneurs services, you fill out the online Order for Service form, and in the process you are required to provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date) on our order form. We use this information to communicate with you about your account, for billing purposes (including collection purposes, if necessary), and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we use this contact information to get in touch with you.

1.3. ITpreneurs Members' Web Site

Unless we indicate otherwise, you become an “Active Customer” on the Effective Start Date of the service you sign up for on ITpreneurs Store and after that you remain an Active Customer until the Effective End Date of that service. As an Active Customer, you can manage certain aspects of your account by logging into ITpreneurs Store. To access the members' area of ITpreneurs Store, you must enter your unique user name and your password. We use that information to log you in to ITpreneurs Store.

1.4. Site and Service Updates

We use contact information from Active Customers to send them periodic Site and Service Updates, which contain important information about using the services on ITpreneurs Store, including account billing and collections and technical support. We provide Site and Service Updates primarily through email, but we may do so sometimes by postal mail or phone. You may request to stop receiving Site and Service Updates by contacting ITpreneurs directly as described at the end of this Policy. We recommend against Active Customers unsubscribing from Site and Service Updates because of their importance. If you do unsubscribe to Site and Service Updates, you waive any right to receive notifications of any modifications or changes to ITpreneurs Store, to our services, or to our policies. (However, this Policy does not establish or imply such a right.)

1.5. Surveys

From time-to-time our Sites may request information from you via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary, and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, etc.). 3.2. ITpreneurs Members' Web Site

As noted in Section 1 above, Active Customers are required to enter their unique username and password to access ITpreneurs Store members' pages, the online interface that enables Active Customers to view and modify their personal identification, account records, service type, media content, and reports. If you attempt to use ITpreneurs Store to view or modify billing information, such as credit card information on file, that information will be encrypted and provided only through SSL. ITpreneurs Store does not display all of the numbers of your credit card information when you view billing information online by logging into ITpreneurs Store, even though the information is being encrypted.

3.3 Passwords and Logins

ITpreneurs considers your password to be sensitive information protecting your account, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential. ITpreneurs does not consider your login to be sensitive information, as your login is used in various ways to identify your account, such as in technical support requests and on printed invoices. You may change your password by logging in to ITpreneurs Store at any time.

4. Correcting/Updating Personal Information

If your Personally Identifiable Information (such as your address) changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may login to ITpreneurs Store to request modification and/or closure of your service (subject to any applicable agreements with ITpreneurs). We do not disclose an individual customer's Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes. For purposes of this policy, a third party is a company other than ITpreneurs Nederland BV or any of its subsidiaries.
